can't capture, but works with other programs

WMM2 detects my canon camera but when it comes to capture video. It gives
me an unkown error and that's all. I have an older ulead program and my
camera and connections work with it. Any help would be great

It's always hardest to sort these types of questions, as the hardware is
obviously working, so if after checking all the settings are correct, like
not choosing NTSC instead of PAL, etc then why not capture with Ulead and
then use MM to edit.
