Right now you may try to disconnect the "current" drive and boot from
the "test" drive to see if it work. If it boots, mirror it to your
"current" with Acronis TI and you are done. If the "test" drive
wouldn't boot, there are not much you can do for sure but reinstall
Vista. The size different between the two HDDs is not critical as long
as they are big enough for the OS. Post back.
