I upgraded my computer with a better motherboard, faster
cpu, video card and ddr ram. Now a message " changed
hardware".( or something like thatappears

Can't start windows normally.

I tried to phone support but they were too busy. Tried
to contact MS support. they wanted my .net passport
which I don't remember.

I am frustrated. I wish Microsoft were not so darn
paranoid!

can any one help?

This sounds like if there is a problem with the hardware. I would
rmeove all parts that are not critical to the system and see if
Windows boots now.
If you did not do this before: you should reinstall Windows after such
major hardware changes. Boot from the Windows-CD to start Setup.
