Use Backup Wizard, want to BU My Contact OL to CD-RW disc.Get to Start BU ,processing shows data being transfered, then after a while no more transfer takes place.Try to get out of this status by using Cancel or Shut down computer.Only way to restart is to disconnect the 115v ac power chord then reconnect it.
