Can't allow bat-files to run

Hello,

when I try to run a batch-file MS AntiSpyware don't allow it to run

this is an example

A script file
C:\apachefriends\xampp\FileZillaFTP\FileZillaFTP_start.bat is trying
to execute. This file has been frozen from running pending your
approval.


When I click the Allow button the window just comes upp again.


The log says:

What's wrong?

My only work around would be to temporarily disable real time protection in
the system tray then run the script. Also go to real-time protection > all
blocked events to see if its blocked under there.
