Cant Adjust Length Of Title ON Clip

I have a project setup and i have some titles at the begginning and some in
the middle, etc etc. Now when i go to add one ON to the selected clip, it
does not allow me to extend the time it shows. If i open up an entirely new
project it lets me extend the time of the title on the selected clip. Is
there any way i can get around this, or fix this?

Sometimes it can be tricky dragging the clips and titles to get the length
where you want it. With some overlays you can't place it right at the start
but instead must be a frame ahead etc...
The easiest thing to suggest is zooming in on the timeline and you should
then be able to adjust it the way you want.
