Can't Add Printer (HP)

Like the problem a few post below, I can't add my
printer. The thing is, I just did a system restore on my
computer because of a virus meessing up the computer.
However, after the restore, I can't add my HP Deskjet 722C
again.

If I have to completely remove my printer driver, how
would I do that? And I just did a system restore, which is
basically a hard drive format so shouldn't there be
nothing left at all?

I use an Emachines computer, windows XP

Problem says "Cannot add printer. Operation cannot be
completed"
