Cant add dates

Hi Guys,

i hope you dont mind my asking if you could help? i have attached a PP file
with the feilds and the form i am working on and can seem to get it to
return a date 12 months from last date done based on criteria were a
checkbox and choice of maitenance is set? if i put type of maintnence done
i.e DNV and it was planned work i want it to add 12 months otherwise blank?

No attachments PLEASE. Most of the volunteers here will delete
messages with attachments unread, and they're not necessary.

Take a look at the DateAdd() function - open the VBA editor (to get to
the correct help file) by typing Ctrl-G and search Help for DateAdd.

If you're using DateAdd and getting incorrect results, please post
your code (copy and paste the code to a message, don't attach the
databae).
