Can't add a new folder on the list of Favourites

I get the message "Error 306 Object does not support this property or
method" when I wish to add another folder to the list of Favourites
How can I fix this?

Hi Nass,
Thanks for your help. I visited the site but got no answer but it triggered
me off to look for upgrades available and I found IE 7 was available for
downloading I did this and my problem has disappeared
