I've bought Vista Ultimate 64 bit Edition in USA and I can't activate it.
Vista tells "this serial nuber is allready in use."

I cant activate it by phone, the voice tell me "we cant activate windows for
you".

So I need help and very quickly: 15 days remaining

Hope some one could help me.

Thanks

Take it back to where you bought it and get a different box, with its
own new number.

Stay on the phone and a person will speak to you who will then enable the
activation for you.

As you have found out the activation line is automated. However, if the
automated service cannot activate your copy of Vista you should be
transferred to a 'real' person who can guide you through the process.
