can't activate RDS

I set up Netmeeting RDS on my remote workstation, closed netmeeting,
and tried to activate RDS by right clicking on the Netmeeting icon and
choosing the option.

The problem is even though I clicked on the option, RDS just doesn't
activate. When I right click again on the icon, the option is still
there.

Any suggestion on solving this problem?
