Can't acquire licenses from walmart.com

New computer, XP, WMP9...can download sample song on walmart downloads but unble to acquire license. Says page not available no dns entry. I am not having any problems accessing other sites on IE. I tried disabling firewall, moving site to accepted sites with low security, still not working. Help!
 
I'd recommend contacting Walmart tech support. Possibly that the problem on
their side
