Can't access Windows XP

I hope someone can help me. I inherited a laptop from
another employee who is no longer with my company. I
can't access Windows XP Professional because I
have no idea what the passwords are. The system has told
me that it has disabled the program and to contact the
system administrator---I don't have one!

HELP! I need the laptop for a presentation.

my problem same couldnt find help either. was told to go

to bios but didn't give instruction need in my laptop too
did you find any answers yet? please let me know if you
did or have need help too ill do same for you still
searching for answers
