Can't access Windows Updates

"Page not found" and several other sites I get the same response while I can
surf others fine. I've cleared the cache and cookies but still nothing's
changed.

Help, ideas, suggestions?
 
What windows version you are using? There are some viruses and perhaps other
malware, which prevents access to windows update so that you couldn't
install any fixes.
 
I should also add that I believe it may be a parasite(s), could they block
certain web pages from loading?
