Can't access Windows Update Catalog

On the Windows Update site, I am unable to display the link to the Windows
Update Catalog. Using Windows XP Pro. Thanks.

and what happens if you use Start/Windows Update or access from IE/Tools ?

After selecting [Display the link to....], you have to click [Save
settings], top Rt.
