Can't access Windows Firewall

I am having an issue where I cannot access the Widows Firewall section in
network connections. Something has casued the firewall software to be turned
off and when I try to turn it bacl on I get a message saying " due to an
unidentified problem windows cannot display windows firewall settings".

I have run virus scan and Adaware scans romoved things it found but cannot
rectify this issue.
Please help.

Start>Run regsvr32 hnetcfg.dll [enter]

Thanks Malke, after running system saidit was successful but no change in
ability to access windows firewall settings.
