Suddenly, out of nowhere I am unable to open up IE6's
Tools/Internet Options. When I attempt to do that I
receive and error message that says, "This operations has
been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator." What
is that all about!!! I run Windows Me on my machine, I am
the ONLY person who uses it, I have up-to-date antivirus,
antitrojan, and firewall programs on my machine, and I
have not downloaded any new software on my machine other
than the typical Windows updates. Why have I been
suddenly "locked out" of accessing one of my IE6 browser's
menu features, and how do I go about fixing it other than
attempting an old restore point which, like anyone else,
I'd rather not do if it sets my system too far back? This
is a mystery to me. Thanks.
