Can't access taskbar

Please help, I can't access my task bar (the lower menu bar) which is making
my life hard. It started out of the blue and I have no clue how to solve it!

I think that might have worked but now my task manager is missing....

You have some form of Malware present on the system. You should try to run
an anti-virus and anti-spyware app. Go to Start/run, and type:

MRT

to run one you have already.

Thanks that helped. However I think I have some virus in the computer. I keep
getting a message from Windows Security Center that there is spyware in my
computer,that windows will look down if I don't take it away and that I
should do a free-of-charge scan of my computer now. It doesn't sound like
Windows to me so I've tried to cancel it but it doesn't go away. No anything
about it?

Try downloading and installing SuperAntiSpyware from
www.superantispyware.com . It is free and has fixed most of our client's
computers as well.
