I am sharing a couple of folders from my Win2K SP4 OS. I
am on a domain run by a Win2K server.

I have shared 2 folders with EVERYONE having permision to
full access.

I can see the PC, I can see the folders, when I try to
access the folder itself I get the message that I don't
have permission.

It's possible that your NTFS permissions are restricting you even though
the share permissions give you rights.

Check that in the Security tab on the folder properties...check who has what
rights there...

Ah. And there lies the problem. It is FAT32 and does not
have the security tab.
