Can't access secure sites

Greetings. I'm running 6.0.2800.1106. When I try to
access any secure website I.E. gives me "The Page Can Not
Be Displayed" message. I can access the same site with
Netscape so the issue is definately with I.E. Any tips
would be greatly appreciated.....
