cant access run?

in my start menu, the run feature is not there, i mean i can eveb get that
open, how do i fix that?..any suggestions..please help..thanx edmond

Have you tried Taskbar/Start Menu settings>Start Menu> Customize> Advanced
yet? There's a box there that needs to be checked for Run to appear on the
Start menu.

Should be able to bring up the dialog by pressing Windows key + R too.
