Can't access particular web site

I can't get access to the wwwt.ncep.noaa.gov web site. I
am trying to acces weather information and other
government web sites, like www.nhc.noaa.gov work fine. I
recently upgraded to Windows XP home and IE 6.0, and did
not have this problem prior to then. Any suggestions?
 
When I tried that web page Igo t message:
You are being redirected to our temporary web server.

Please do not change your URL.

Go To the Temporary Web Site...

so that web site is propbaly having difficulties, mayb eserver down or
something like that.
