Hi -
Does anyone know how to access an OST file when you are
no longer able to connect to your Exchange server? I left
my last employer and took with me the OST file of my
email, thinking I could treat it like a PST file.
After I upgraded my home computer to XP, I created a
profile just like the one that was originally paired with
the OST file. When I tried to open my message store, I
get a dialog saying that "Outlook has to connect with
the Exchange box at least once", which I obviously can't
do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't really
want to build up an NT4/Exchange 5.5 copy of our old
server just to get to my email.
Thanks
