cant access online banking and certain internet pages

please can anyone help i try to log into my banking details and the page will not dsplay also when i try to log into my paypal account it does the same, it sounds like it won't let me access pages that are secure ????? what happened does anyone know please help before i beat my pc up :-((((((

Check your date and time in the bottom right screen. This has happened to me before. It might be that your date is off. Good luck.

i tried this but its still not working the date and time is ok
does anyone else know what i can do to solve this problem pleeeeeeeeaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ?????

Make sure you don't have a popup killer running. Google has one and
Mozilla has one built in. I had the same problem. Just turn off
everything running down by your clock. Even an antivirus can do this
