Can't access OE address book from WORD

When I access the "individual envelopes" link in MS Works Suite 2003
"tasks", it brings up the "Envelopes and Windows" window in WORD 2002, but
when I then click on the recipient and return address book buttons, there's
no response.

(I can access the OE address book in MS Works, when I click on any of the
links at Program -> Address Book.) OS is Windows XP Home.

Please help!
 
This function requires a MAPI compliant address book i.e. Outlook! It does
not work with Outlook Express.
