Can't access My Pictures

Vista 64 Ultimate/HP HDX 16 laptop

Via explorer, I try to access [my user name]>Documents>My Pictures - or My
Music or My Videos - all shortcuts

Get a message "access denied". I have UAC turned off for the moment. I am
logged in as admin.

??

Never mind... some old shortcuts that somehow got copied over to mew
machine... sorry...
