Can't access my e-mail account

For some reason, my computer is not being able to access
my email accounts. I have three of these, the two that i
use the most (yahoo, and hotmail) are the ones that i am
having trouble with. The one that I barely use (msn)
works perfect. The hotmail one i cannot access in any
way, not with the internet explorer nor the msn explorer,
the yahoo one sometimes works, sometimes it doesnt, or it
has a very very slow response. This only happens from my
computer; when i use other computers i can acces the
accounts without a problem.
