When I try to access Internet Options (Tools menu) I get a
message telling I can't because of restrictions in effect
on this computer. I'm advised to see me system
adminstrator. But I'm my own system administrator (a one-
user computer). What do I do?

Try to create a new admin account and see if it works. If it does use that
account instead.

The answer is to open the managment console in control
panel |Performance & Maintenance| Administrative Tools|
Management console. Look for the account under users &
groups/Local users that has your name on it. Then ope up
that dialog. Retype your name in the First line, the the
word Administrator in the second line. Click on [apply] then
[ok]. Close the console and the control panel. Restart the
system. That should end that problem.
