I am aware of certain limitations in Windows 2000 in addressing hard
drives over 132 Gig. However, I just installed a Seagate 200 Gig and
formated the first sector
for FAT32 for 30 Gig on which I loaded Windows 2000. My plan was to add
another FAT32 partition of 30 Gig, and make the remaining 140 Gig as
NTFS
partitions. However, Windows File Manager only sees 132 Gig, as does
Partition
Magic. I have upgraded my BIOS to handle a HDD LDA 48 bit mode, and I
have
Service Pak 4 loaded. I am running an Athlon 1.3 Gig on an ASUS board
which
I purchased in 2001. Shouldn't I be able to see the full size of the
drive?
