Can't access folders in Outlook Web Access

When I got to outlook web access, I am logged in and it
says "Loading" however it never loads my in box. Works
fine on other laptops but not my present one. I expect it
is a setting on my laptop but can't determine what it is.

We have the exact same problem. Has anyone found a solution to this?
