Vista doesn't have a "Documents and Settings" folder, it's been replaced by
Users. What you are seeing is a junction point, which points legacy programs
that use the "Documents and Settings" folder to the Users folder. That's why
you can't access it. Go into the Users folder. BTW, what are you trying to
change in that folder?
