Cant access control panel!

Hi,
As header, since I had a virus I cant access the control centre!
I get a "you do not have permission - - - -etc" warning.
I fear I may have deleted something but when I re-load the driver (latest
from ati) etc I still get nothing - - any ideas what may be wrong? tia.

Now fixed- - -it was a service disabled in services!!

I think it was telnet but there were a number of others that I also
"activated"
