When I go into an Envelope in Word 2002 and click the button to get to the
contacts, I get this error.

*****
Unable to display the contents of this address book. The Contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opeend; it may have been
moved or deleted or you do not have premissions. For information on how to
remove this folder from the Outlook Address Book, see Microsoft Outlook
Help.

Microsoft Exchange Client - (80040201)
*****

I removed and readded the Contact list in Outlook and am still getting the
error. Any ideas how to fix?

First ensure that Outlook is the default e-mail application. If that alone
doesn't fix it -
In Outlook - Tools > E-mail accounts > view or change existing directories.
Delete the address book(s) from that list.
Now return to your contacts list and set its properties to show the folder
as an e-mail address book.

Outlook is indeed the default e-mail application.
I deleted and readded the address list (showed it as a Contact List)
I even created a new profile.
I'm still getting that error.
Anything else I can try?
Thanks!

If you come up with anything let me know, as I've just gotten a second user
that's having this problem!
