User opens MS Word and tries to print an envelope using the drop down
address book icon to his contacts in Outlook. We get message "unable
to display the contents of this address book. The Contacts folder
associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have
been moved or deleted or you do not have permissions. Microsoft Exchange
Client [80040201]." This use to work just fine for him, now suddently it
does not.
This is Office XP SP3 and we utilize a Microsoft Exchange Server
without individual .pst's. Other users with the same setup are able
to access their Contacts list through the envelope address book icon
just fine. We have the "show this folder as an e-mail address book"
checked in the Outlook Contacts Properties. Any other flags in Word
or Outlook that need to be set or reset?
The only variable is this particular user has a Pocket PC which has
been having some synching problems of late (not sure if it's related,
but thought I should mention it.)
Thanks in advance for any direction you can give me.
