I get an error message when trying to access a, word doc. from my d:/ (cd-rom) Says I don't have access, contact network admin. THis is my personal laptop. (Purchased yesterday 2/15
Could be the disk is not xp compatable. could be not at spin speed. could
be duff computer. Take it back and get shop to show you what to do or
replace it for you.
