Cant access CD-R

I have a Cd-R burner. I cant access my drive because it
says that i need administrative rights for this. I am the
administrator.

Apparently the account you are using is NOT and administrative
account.

I'm the "administrator" on the computer I'm using right now - but I'm
using a non-admin level account at the moment.
 
I have the same problem when I try to write to my CD or DVD ,it tell me access denied see the system administrator .I am the system administrator .
I am using XP pro and the Cd and DVd function ok when playing media ,this only happens when I try to write files to them.
