Can't access areas of my own website.

I can't access the news section of my website and everyone else can. I get error message

ERROR: get_template() failure: [templates/page_header.tpl

my page is www.windcor.co

I have tried everything to do with security settings, disabling Zone Alarm.....Any help would be much appreciated
