reason why i cant acces my bios is because it is asking a
password?????????To reset the BIOS password, you have to clear the CMOS memory. The
motherboard has a silver battery used to power the CMOS memory so your
settings will be saved with power off. Look for the battery, and near by
will be three pins with jumper connecting two together. Pull this jumper off
and place it on the other side so as to connect the other pin to center pin.
After a few second, return jumper to original position. The motherboard
manual will have more detail.

You may have to open the computer and remove the CMOS backup battery for a
few minutes, then reinstall it. This will reset the BIOS to defaults. Many
motherboards have a jumper you can remove to do the same.

i think i'll have to take my computer to somebody who knows what he's doing.
because opening my computer up is way over my head.
But thanks for trying to help me.

The computer should have come with a motherboard/BIOS manual. It will include a map of what plugs in where. You usually need to move a jumper for a few seconds. It isn't rocket science.
