Almost every time I switch on this printer, it automatically do a
printhead cleaning for about 30 sec . I wonder is there a way to
disable this auto cleaning action.

thanks

Just wondering, do you cut off all power to the unit when its not in
use? Meaning, when the unit is off, is there no AC power available
such as turning off a power strip that its plugged into?

If thats the case, that may be the reason for the long cleaning time.

How often do you use the printer? If less than once a week or so, I
dont think I would want to disable the cleaning. Thats its only
defense on preventing clogs.

Exactly, I unplug the AC power plug.

I use it around twice a week. At times, I need to switch on & off the
computer twice or more in a days just to do some printing.

That's the reason your printhead cleaning is excessive. Leaving it plugged
in to at least some sort of power helps it keep track of how much of a
cleaning it should get the next time you turn it on. Well, that's how I
understand it. I leave all my printers plugged into a surge protector that
is left on 24/7.
