For some reason my Canon S330 is suddenly refusing to print colour
correctly, everything coming out a rather sickly shade of green or yellow.
I have
cleaned the heads about a dozen times with no success and tried a new
cartridge. Could it be that the
print head is clogged up, which I would have thought several attempts at
cleaning would have cured,

If I removed the cartridge would a blast from a can of compressed air, or
maybe a spray
of CTC ( Servisol or Colcene as it is sometimes called) in the direction of
the print head do more harm than good?

By the way the black print is fine.

Thanks Cari but I am in the UK. The part number will be very handy when I
contact the UK headquarters.
Thanks again

Probably going to need a new printhead - which is part number QY6-0037...
there's one currently on EBay

But I have no idea whether you're in the US or not and this seller will only
ship to the US. You may have to contact the Canon subsidiary in your part
of the world if you're not.

I had the same trouble with my s330 within two weeks of buying it new.
Tried all sorts without success. Technical guy at Canon said it was the
Print Head at fault and he sent me a new one under warranty. The fault was
immediately cured and has worked fine ever since. Some weeks ago I tried
putting the old print head back in the printer and I was back to printing
all green shades again.
Hope this helps. Good luck. Jim.
