canon powershot s200 has problem with usbscan.sys

When I download the driver from canon web page and tried to install my
camera, it said I need put my winxp home edition CD 1 in and need the
the usbscan.sys. Actually, I can not find this file from my hardware
and the CD. What should I do? Does some one has this file? Thanks

Yes, I did. The problem seems from my Toshiba laptop.

I called the toshiba service hot line, but no solution was from them.
I have searched my problem from google and found some others guys had
the same problem (same digital camera and same laptop)as me. I guess
we need copy the usbscan.sys to my driver.
