Have just purchased the above to go with my new XP Home PC. My previous
printer was a HP Laserjet 6L but now I wanted something for my home office
which had a good photo printing capacity. I am no expert but I really like
the output. I followed the instructions and the software install seemed to
go okay but twice after using the printer and finishing what I was doing
(printing out jpg images of of photos from my hard drive) I received the
following message. "CardReaderLookupWindow - This program is not responding"
and I end that program at that point. I assume this message refers to the
memory card.
Can someone suggest how to fix this
Thanks
Doug

Doug R,
I would first go to the Canon Website and see if there are any updates for the
card reader drivers and software. Download them into a NEW folder. Then try
installing them over your current installation.

Or you may need to check you PC, and remove the Card Reader Driver & Software.
Also delete any files/folders associated with the reader. Then reinstall the
reader driver and software.
