Hi,

My printer doesn't print the right colors.

When I want to print green and red text, it prints it yellow.
Blue text barely appears on the sheet.

Black is the only color that comes out correctly.

Has anyone ever solved this problem?

I would appreciate to solve it too!

Thanks!

Either the head is clogged (OEM ink or not), or is empty.

Your printer is not allowing the cyan and magenta ink to print. Both
Red and Green require yellow, but the red needs magenta also, and the
green requires cyan ink.

As someone else stated, either your printer's head is clogged (for the
cyan and magenta nozzles) or those cartridges are out of ink.
