canon multipass c20 on XP

i've installed the multipass software onto XP but i cant
get it work. can i download the printer driver off of
microsoft? if so, how!? i've been trying all morning to
no avail

Check the Canon website for updated drivers. Also, If

your printer is connected by USB, usually you install the
software first nad then connect the peripheral. Also, go
into control panel, printers and faxes and make sure your
printer is chosen as the default printer.

There is no C20 listed as a Canon product on the Canon USA pages. Please
let us know what country you live it so that we can direct you to the
correct drivers.
