Canon MP390 will not print completely

My MP390 will not print a full document from any source. I have reinstalled
drivers and software, set it to print directly to printer...which hangs pc
up. It used to work on another pc but since I moved it to this one it does
not. I have SP2...etc. It used to print sometimes...lately the print queue
does not seem to completely load the document.

I had previously uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and software when I
was having the problem.... it is a USB printer shared on a network.
 
Canon support sent me to MS... however it appears it may be fixed.... I had
to unplug and replug the printer...at least from the local pc anyway. now it
appears to be a problem printing from other pc's on the network.
