We are having problems printing to all of our Canon iR color printers. We
have about 6 different ones all of the iR series 2700, 2200, 3200 etc. When
trying to print from a PC the print output is either text or grahics...just
one or the other.

The print server is running Win2k. The thing is, if you connect directly to
the printer the print output is perfect (both text & graphics) also, the Mac
machines on the network here have no problems printing.

So, there is something off somewhere between the user and our print server or
the print server and the printer that only affects PC's.

If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate them.

What happens if you print from the server its self? Does it happen from
all applications? Windows test page? Try deleting the printer and
re-installing. Make sure you grab the latest driver from www.canon.ca.
Canon.ca is usually about 2-4 weeks ahead of their other sites. Also
make sure you use the pcl5e driver, not pcl6.
