Canon imageRUNNER 2200

I want to install the Canon imageRUNNER 2200 network printer/copier on a Win
2003 server and publish to AD. I believe the first step is to give it an IP
address, but I don't see how. The menus on the printer display don't seem
to have the option of specifying one, the DHCP server doesn't assign one
when the printer is powered on (appently it didn't ask for one), and in
Canon's driver downloads I can't find a program to set one up.

Correction -- I found it. You have to press a special key first to activate
part of the menu. Most of the menu is touch-screen driven, so it's a little
inconsistent.
