Canon i860, TEXT only paper?

Is there ANY Consensus on a GOOD quality paper for TEXT, letters, etc.
with the i860?

Do you know which USB cable is used with the Cannon i865?

If USB 1 is specified for a particular device, does it matter if USB 2
is used? I have heard it said that the latter will just default, but I
am not into this very much.

Plain A-B cable

Gary's got it... USB is rather NOT cable conscious.. just good ones.
