Is there a way of taking apart this printer to release a piece of paper
stuck in the rollers. Tried the electronic way without any luck

I cannot be sure but I think this printer has some small arrows on the case
that point to places that have release clips. I may be thinking of another
printer but have a look, there will be several of them and they need to be
operated with a small flat bladed screwdriver.
Once the cover is off you will find it much easier to get at the paper.
