Canon i560 and Lotus Approach

HELP!

I have a Canon i560 printer and use Lotus Smart Suite 9.7. When I
print envelopes using Lotus Wordpro I put the envelopes on the right
side of the paper feeder and have no problems. When I use Lotus
Approach (the database) the printer prints on the left side as if I had
a sheet of 8.5" x 11" paper in the feeder. This causes a number of
problems. How do I get it to print so that I can put the envelopes on
the right side of the feeder?

This does not appear to be a printer problem. Consult the software
manual for the software that is giving you the problem and read about
how to set the print settings for what you want to do.

Thanks! I was able to play around with the settings and get the
envelopes printed.
